Before play was started, the USTA Southern staff and volunteers knew the 2018 USTA League Adult 65 & Over Southern Sectional Championships was going to be a challenge. Despite rainy conditions on Hilton Head Island, S.C., play was completed during the first two days of the tournament, Nov. 29-30. However, there was no play on Dec. 1-2 due to frequent downpours.
