USTA Southern crowned eight champions at the 2018 USTA League Adult 40 & Over Southern Sectional Championships, played July 27-30.
The annual championships were played at the Copeland-Cox Mobile Tennis Center (tournament headquarters) and Cottage Hill/Medal of Honor Park.
There were 74 men’s and women’s teams with more than 900 players from nine states.
Alabama, North Carolina and Tennessee led the competition with two champions and a finalist. Georgia had a champion and two finalists.
