Tennessee showed a commanding presence at the 2023 USTA League Adult 55 & Over Southern Sectional Championships, taking half of the championships and adding two finalists. Among USTA Southern League championships, it was one of the most dominate performances.
Nashville had two champions while Memphis had two finalists. Teams from Knoxville and Murfreesboro also took home winner trophies.
USTA Southern hosted the matches Sept. 15-17 at the Burns Park Tennis Center in North Little Rock, Ark.
Georgia had a strong showing with two champions while North Carolina finished with a champion and two finalists.
